(More customer reviews)I agree with other reviewers that the Honeywell is relatively noisy (white noise -- like a window air conditioner) but it does the job.My main complaint about the entire system (not the filters per se) is that there is no alert to tell you that you ought to replace the filter.I tend to be fairly busy, and the first I noticed that the filter was no longer working properly was when the area near it started accumulating a very fine dust. The Honeywell was still filtering larger particles, but it was actually polluting my living room with the very fine stuff. So of course I replaced the filter.I probably should pay closer attention, but some sort of sensor would be very useful to prevent what I experienced... which was actually the opposite of what a HEPA filter does.In the absence of a sensor, just be alert to the fact that a "lifetime" filter is actually good for about a year.Put it on your calendar and don't take it as much for granted as I did.BTW, this filter DOES fit the 52500 model, even though the specs on line don't say so.
